      <image:title>Our Team - Christopher Paul, P.E. Coastal Engineer</image:title>
      <image:caption>Chris has ten years of experience in coastal engineering and construction oversight and has designed and led coastal projects throughout the Gulf and Atlantic coasts. He obtained his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University in 2014 and has been working in coastal engineering since then. He has designed and provided construction oversight on numerous marsh restoration, barrier island, and beach and dune projects as well as shoreline protection and navigation dredging projects. In addition, Chris is a licensed professional engineer in Florida and Louisiana and has served as project manager on projects in both states. His experience includes design and construction oversight of the placement of millions of cubic yards of sediment used to restore Louisiana and Florida coastlines.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Our Team - Whitney Thompson, P.E. Principal Engineer</image:title>
      <image:caption>Ms. Thompson is an industry expert in coastal engineering, having led coastal restoration and water resources projects for nearly 20 years.  She is responsible for the design and management of projects including marsh creation/dredging, shoreline stabilization, barrier island restoration, and freshwater introduction. Ms. Thompson has worked closely with state and federal agencies, as well as the private sector, leading clients from feasibility to permitting and design and through construction.  Ms. Thompson has extensive experience with coastal engineering and analysis as well as coastal zone permitting, having permitted some of the most complex dredging projects in the Gulf Coast region.  She has a proven track record of providing detailed construction plans and specifications and developing accurate coastal construction cost estimates.  Ms. Thompson has implemented over a dozen restoration projects in Louisiana and has designed over 4,000 acres of habitat.  She has overseen the placement of over 15,000,000 cubic yards of dredged material for restoration of the most dynamic coastlines and managed construction projects up to $120,000,000 in value.  She is responsible for firm operations and quality control of all engineering.  She has designed numerous restoration projects utilizing Mississippi River sediment, focusing on seamless coordination between navigation interests and restoration stakeholders to maintain safe and efficient operations.  She has served on boards and committees of Louisiana COPRI, ASBPA, CRCL, and the Gulf Coast chapter of WEDA and has authored over a dozen papers and presentations in this field.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Our Team - John Darnall, M.Sc., E.I. Coastal Engineer</image:title>
      <image:caption>John graduated from Louisiana State University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. He then obtained a M.Sc. in Coastal and Marine Engineering &amp; Management from TU Delft in the Netherlands. John has remained involved in academic research with recent publications on beach scarp development at the Sand Engine in South Holland. John is experienced with coastal designs including shoreline protection, marsh restoration, barrier island restoration, and beach and dune restoration projects. He has designed and performed construction observations for a number of projects in Louisiana and Florida.</image:caption>
