Southern Shores Engineering, LLC. was founded in 2020 on the principle of supporting clients by providing expertise in civil & environmental engineering with an emphasis on the coastal zone. Our team consists of industry leaders who pride themselves on providing unmatched engineering services. Our young firm has successfully completed several projects to date and continues to design and implement innovative solutions throughout the Gulf Coast and beyond.

Our firm specializes in civil & coastal design, project & program management, permitting, and construction administration. We focus on marsh restoration, barrier island restoration, beach and dune restoration, shoreline protection, habitat value assessments, and beneficial use of riverine sediment.
Experience and Proven Results:
Southern Shores Engineering was formed by a team of civil & coastal engineers with years of experience in engineering & restoration in Louisiana and throughout the Gulf and Atlantic regions. Our team of engineers has designed over 4,000 acres of beach and marsh habitat and provided construction oversight for the placement of over 15 million cubic yards of marsh and beach compatible sediment.
